Can I call for help and advice with choosing the right scissors & Our Returns Policy

Of course you can, we are always happy to help via phone, email, video call or in person at any show we attend .


Returns: If you should need to return your order, please notify us within 2 working days of purchases and return the scissors within 7 days in the correct case/packaging and in the condition in which you received.

   

We regret we are unable to refund or exchange any used goods. 

Faulty items will be examined and if they can not be fixed in good time a refund will be offered. Faulty scissors should be returned within 7 working day from receiving  order.    

Can we ship scissors world wide.

Yes, we can ship Scissors world wide. 

However please remember to add your country shipping fees. 

Any import tax will be payable by the customers in their  delivery country. The customer must take full responsibility for any charges incurred .
